ABOUT THE CLUB

A very warm welcome to the Sealyham Terrier Club
The club is the oldest established dedicated to Sealyham Terriers , known as the Parent Club of the breed. Originally established on the 8th January 1908 by sportsmen in Pembrokeshire, to further interest in the breed.
Our aims, as set out in our rules are:

To maintain and protect the breed type according to the Sealyham Terrier Breed standard approved by the Kennel Club.

To promote the health, welfare and sensible breeding of the Sealyham Terrier with regard to type, soundness and temperament.

CLUB MANAGEMENT
The club is run by volunteers elected by the membership or by elected committee to manage the affairs of the club in the best interests of the breed.
WHAT WE DO
LOOK AFTER THE BREED
Our club is passionate about the breed and the club aim is to promote the interests of the breed for which the Sealyham Terrier was bred and as is laid down in the Breed Standard as recognised by the Kennel Club.
ORGANISE CLUB EVENTS
The Sealyham Terrier Club organises events from shows, educating judges and creating interest in the breed.
SUPPORT RESCUE
The National Sealyham Rescue is run by volunteers who do amazing work helping dogs in need.
